Romance Cherries
Hardy plants produce numerous dark red, sweet-tart sour cherries on 3-5’ high bushes (depending on variety). Great for eating out of hand or cooking. Begin to bear fruit at three to four years that ripen in late August and early September. Cherries require warm, well drained, fertile soil and a foot or more snow cover is helpful for winter cold protection. We stock Romeo, Juliette and Cupid, subject to availability.
