Location Tip:  If you live in a sheltered site like downtown Whitehorse, your Ultra-Hardy tree should survive and fruit most years without protection. If you live somewhere colder or more exposed we recommend wrapping for the winter.

Ultra-Hardy Apples

These little apples are the toughest of the bunch, unlike crabapples they are sweet and tasty. They are precocious, meaning they fruit at a young age, and ripen early. If you are new to fruit trees, this is where to start.

Noret Precocious tree that produces small, bright red & yellow fruit. Tangy-sweet taste. Similar to Trailman.

Trailman A Yukon favorite! This early producer bears great numbers of small candy-sweet yellow and red apples.

Rescue Prolific early producing tree that bears dark red yellow-fleshed fruit. Will keep for a few weeks.
